1Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on bec999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity, not as a business entity or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by bec999 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of bec999 or any of its affiliated companies.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. bec999 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending successful verification.

2Account Management

Each registered user may hold only one active account on the bec999 platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any associated balances or pending winnings may be forfeited. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bec999 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

bec999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, terms violation, extended inactivity, or regulatory requirement. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

3Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the bec999 platform must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own legal name. The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule).
• Processing times are typically 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours, but may take longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• bec999 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any deposit made via fraudulent means — including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials — will be reversed and the account will be permanently closed.

4Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on bec999 are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed after acceptance. In the event of a technical fault, erroneous odds, or manifest error, bec999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

9Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

bec999 maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering policy and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected financial crime. As part of our AML obligations, we may at any time:
